For those of you out there, that want to equip your neopets but don’t have the NP to buy one of Jhudorah’s weapons, our friend LurkingTiger has sent in a small list of somewhat decent items. The Sacrab Ring, Obsidian Dagger, Sand snowball (one use), mud mixture (one use per battle). These items are fairly decent for all battles up to about difficulty 60 or so….

Cave Chia: (58) Random event when refreshing the Cave Paintings page. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 3) challenger.
Chia Clown: (10) Automatic Challenger
Chiazilla: (500) Random event when refreshing the page at the The Ruins Of Maraqua.
Commander Garoo: (120) Random event when refreshing the page at the Virtupets Space Station. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 6) challenger.
Count von Roo: (90) Random event when surfing the site.
Donna Williams: (160) Random Event while surfing the site.
Down For Maintenance Pteri: (75) Random event.
Edna The Witch: (80) Complete her quests.
Evil Sloth Clone: (85) He is a Defender of Neopia (Mission 10) challenger.
Fire Faerie: (50) Choose her as your opponent during a game of Gormball. If she wins, she will challenge you.
Flaming Meerca: (40) Automatic Challenger.
Ghost Lupe: (32) You will find him at the Neohome location of 131 Soup Alley. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 2) challenger.
Giant Ghostkerchief: (250) Look at the NeoPets New Features page on October 31, 2003 /n This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 9) challenger.
Giant Hungry Malevolent Chomby: (350) Refresh at the Giant Omelette page. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 12) challenger.
Grarrg: (100) Get him at the Tyrannian Town Hall.
Greedy Kadoatie: (125) Random Event.
Harry the Mutant Moehog: (35) Automatic Challenger.
Highland Chia: (58) Automatic Challenger.
Inflatable balthazar: (1) Automatic Challenger. jopetcopiaco says: when you are fighting the Inflatable Balthazar have some weapons! If you use a powerful weapon for the Inflatable Balthazar, he will lose the game. He starts with one 1 hp. But after fighting him many times, he will increase a hit point every time you fight him.
Jelly Chia: (125) You will find him at his Gallery of Evil page.
Kastraliss: (400) Reload on Katraliss User Lookup
Kasuki Lu: (38) Buy one of his Collectable Trading Card and view it.
Kauvara: (70) View her Neopedia entry.
Koi Warrior: (62) Random event when refreshing the page at the The Ruins Of Maraqua.
Lab Ray Scientist: (185) Random Event When using the lab ray
Lava Ghoul: (61) Random event when surfing the site but you can sometimes get him if you play the Wheel of Excitement and land on him.
Magnus the Torch: (85) You can get him by refreshing the page at The Volcano.
Meerca Henchmen: (150) You can get them by refreshing the page at The Trap Door under Peopatra’s Pet Pet Shop. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 8) challenger.
Meuka: (60) Your pet has to get the Sneezles or Neoflu. Once they have either of those, go to your pets Quick Reference page. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 4) challenger.
Mootix Warrior: (375) Automatic Challenger
Mummy: (42) You can try getting him at his page.
Mutated Chia: (40) Formerly in the Haunted Woods. (Not currently available.)
Pant Devil: (21) Random event when surfing the site. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 1) challenger.
Plumbeard: (260) You can find him hidden in his room at Cap’n Threelegs’ Swashbuckling Academy
Punchbag Bob: (0) Automatic Challenger.
Punchbag Sid: (150) This is Punchbag Bob’s evil twin and he might randomly appear while your fighting Bob.
Qasalan Mummy: (550) Refresh at the Lost Desert Plot store.
Quiggle Warlord: (69) Those that didn’t unlock this challenger before, you can now get it while fighting in the Battledome with a Quiggle, and winning, against the Inflatable Balthazar.
RoboGrarrl: (150) Automatic Challenger.
Ryshu the Nimmo: (250) You can find him at his Neopedia article.
Sabre-X: (79) Random event while surfing around the Tyrannian Plateau.
Shadow Usul: (175) Random event when surfing the site.
Sidney: (84) Win a level 3 prize or above on one of his Deserted Fairground Scratchcards
Slug Monster: (500) Refresh at the Slug Monster ‘Go Away’ page in Maraqua with Slug Flakes in your inventory. It has been said that your pet could be poisoned by this challenger
Snow Beast: (300) Refresh at the main page of the Advent Calendar Will take MANY page refreshes but you do not have to wait untill December to get the one! This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 11) challenger.
Snow Faerie: (105) Complete one of her quests.
Space Faerie: (450) She can be obtained by redeeming a Rare-Item Code at Grundos Warehouse. (random)
Spider Grundo: (175) You will find him at his Gallery of Evil page.
Tax Beast: (85) Random event when surfing the site but if he finds you, he will tax you 10% of the amount of NeoPoints you have out.
Tekkitu the Witch Doctor: (120) Take a tour at the Mystery Island Tiki Tours. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 7) challenger.
The Black Pteri: (89) Random event when surfing the site.
The Brain Tree: (91) Complete one of his quests. This is also a Defender of Neopia (Mission 5) challenger.
The Drenched: (600) If it is raining, go visit Maraqua to find these ladies waiting for you (may have to refresh).
The Esophagor: (49) Complete one of his quests.
The Snowager: (650) Visit the Snowager’s Cave and get an icy blast from him.
Tiki Tack Man: (63) Go to his Tiki Tack shop.
Turmaculus: (225) Turmaculus has to eat one of your petpets.
Vira: (80) Random event when surfing the site.
Zafara Rogue: (39) You can get her by refreshing the page at The Deep Catacombs of the Art Centre.
