Find the Hidden Tower
I’m assuming you came to find out where the Hidden Tower is. To go to the Hidden Tower, go to Faerieland, then head to Faerie City. You'll see a big building or castle. The link is located at the upper-left of the castle. The image below will show you where the Hidden Tower is.
Here you can take your Neopet, Neopets, to go visit and browse through some of the most expensive items in all of Neopia. It is much cheaper to buy HT items off the Auctions or Trades than from the Hidden Tower. If I ever go there it’s just to look at the items.

it worked for me
yup,once your account reach 4 months old you can enter the hidden tower.but there's really nothing you can buy in there.the items there is really expensive and you can find the items cheaper in tp or auctions like baby paint brush.
yeah your account has to be a certain age for you to be able to enter.
It won't work because you need to be atleast 4 months to enter it.
dont you have to be like 45 months? i heard anyway no the like on faerieland doesnt work it just refreshes the page back to faerieland!
