When you're using the shop wizard paste the entire name of the item you're searching for and instead of clicking "identical to my phrase" put in "containing my phrase" and unless there is another item it should show lower priced items than when you search with "identical to my phrase". You have two oportunities daily to get the avatar from him because the prediction is different for english language than for the others so if you have english language you get a prediction and if you change to anyone else you have another prediction. A good cheap way to get faeries, map pieces or a few extra neopoints is to play Scorchy Slots. 5nps a spin.
